Tellers, aspiring tellers and listeners are all invited. This month's session will focus on Tellabration stories or Aha! Stories with a twist, riddle or unexpected ending.

March 18, 2008 7:00 p.m. Book Discussion Group . This month the discussion is about the book Inheritance of Loss by Kiran Desai. In Desai's second book the theme of loss is explored through the lives of three characters: a retired judge who went to Cambridge and is now living in Kalimpong, a remote town isolated on the edge of the Himalayas; his orphaned teenage granddaughter, Sai, who lives with him; and her math tutor, Gyan, who soon becomes involved with revolutionaries. Participants may borrow copies from the library and return them at the conclusion of the series.
