Our sidewalk improvements are moving into the next phase! Beginning September 11, construction will shift to the concrete directly outside the library’s main entrance. This means we’ll have a temporary entrance for a short period while this work is completed.
📅 SEPTEMBER 11 – 21: Our main library entrance will be inaccessible during this phase.
What patrons should know:
📍 Please enter through the Municipal entrance located on the first level of the Municipal Building. Once inside, take the elevator to the library.
🅿️ Please use the upper Library parking lot whenever possible and walk around to the Municipal entrance. ADA/accessible parking is available in the Municipal parking lot. Parking will also be available along the front of the Municipal Building, as space allows. Please do not park in the Police Department parking lot.
📖 Our Book Drop will be temporarily relocated to the Municipal entrance so you can continue returning materials during this phase.
📚 The library will remain open during this phase, but our hours will be adjusted from September 11 – 21. Please see the new hours below.

Hours will return to normal on Tuesday, September 22.
Construction is weather-dependent, so the schedule may change.
Additional construction will follow in Phase III (September 22 – October 12). Beginning September 22, weather permitting, the main Library doors will be open again. Work will continue around the main Library doors, including curbs, sidewalk, and railing installation.
